1 General Terms & Introduction

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

• Minimum deposit limit: ৳500. Minimum withdrawal limit: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the original deposit.

• If fraudulent transactions are suspected, zz99 reserves the right to withhold any payment and conduct an investigation.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Zz99 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which must be read before accepting.

• The welcome bonus applies to your first deposit only. Each user is eligible for the welcome bonus once.
• To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet the specified wagering requirements (typically 30–40x).
• Bonus funds cannot be used on all games. Certain games may be excluded from bonus wagering.
• Bonuses will be cancelled if wagering requirements are not completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

Under the following circumstances, zz99 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice:

• If a breach of the Terms and Conditions is established.
• If fraudulent activity is detected.
• Failure to pass age verification.
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).
• If the user submits a self-exclusion request.

If an account is closed and a valid balance remains, it will be returned after verification. Bonus funds, however, are non-refundable.
